İşbu form, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği (R.G. 27.11.2014/29188) madde 5 uyarınca, alıcıya Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi'nin kurulmasından önce sunulması zorunlu bilgileri içerir.

2. Basic Characteristics of the Product/Service Subject to Contract

Sözleşme konusu mal veya hizmet, alıcının sipariş aşamasında seçtiği ürünlerden oluşur. Ürünlerin temel nitelikleri (ürün adı, görseli, içeriği, boyutları, tasarım açıklaması) sipariş öncesinde ürün detay sayfalarında ve sipariş özet ekranında gösterilir. Sipariş sonrası sipariş onay e-postasında teyit edilir.

Product category: Flowers, flower arrangements, bouquets, accessories (vases, chocolates, cards, etc.).

3. Total Price (VAT and All Taxes Included)

Product prices are clearly displayed on the product detail page and cart summary in Turkish Lira (TL), including VAT (Value Added Tax) and all applicable taxes.

Delivery fee: Not included in the product price; ranges from 0 - 350 TL depending on the selected district and is shown separately on the cart screen. If express courier option is selected, an additional fee applies.

Final amount to pay = Product price (VAT incl.) + Delivery fee (if any) + Express courier fee (if any) - Discount/Coupon (if any).

4. Payment Method

• Credit/Debit card: Garanti BBVA Virtual POS infrastructure, with 3D Secure protocol. Card information is not stored on merchant servers.
• EFT/Havale (IBAN): The order is processed after payment confirmation.
• Wallet balance: Registered customers can use their saved balance partially or in full.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment Period

• Delivery address: The address specified by the buyer at the time of order or the address of a third party designated by the buyer.
• Delivery time: 45 – 240 minutes depending on the district; approximately 30 minutes with express courier.
• Same-day delivery: For Istanbul districts, within order acceptance hours (between 18:00 – 21:00 depending on the area).
• If the recipient/third party is not at the address at the delivery time, the courier will make 1 attempt; unreachable orders are returned to the shop and re-coordination is made with the buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

Other cases excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation:

• Goods prepared according to the buyer's personal needs that are not suitable for return, perishable, or may expire.
• Products that have been opened and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene and health reasons.
• Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature.

Cayma hakkı kapsamına giren ürünlerde alıcı; sözleşmenin kurulmasından itibaren 14 (on dört) gün içerisinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin sözleşmeden cayabilir. Cayma beyanı yazılı veya kalıcı veri saklayıcı ile satıcıya iletilir. Cayma sonrası bedel iadesi 14 gün içerisinde aynı ödeme yöntemi ile yapılır.

7. Return and Cancellation

While standard returns are not accepted for flower products; in the following situations within 24 hours after delivery a free exchange or full refund will be provided upon notification:

• Wrong product was sent
• Damaged / broken / wilted delivery
• Missing accessory / gift
• Seller delay of more than 4 hours from scheduled delivery time

8. Complaints and Disputes

Alıcı, satıcı ile yaşadığı uyuşmazlıkta önce satıcıya başvurabilir (info@etilercicekcisi.com / 0539 282 23 05 / WhatsApp). Çözüm sağlanamaz ise 6502 sayılı Kanun ve Tüketici Uyuşmazlıkları Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca, parasal sınırlar dahilinde:

• District / Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees
• Consumer Courts

başvurma hakkına sahiptir. Yetkili yargı mercii: alıcının ikametgâhı veya tüketici işleminin yapıldığı yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti / Tüketici Mahkemesi'dir. Parasal sınırlar Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından yıllık olarak güncellenir.

9. Information on Persistent Data Storage

Bu form ve Distance Sales Contract alıcıya sipariş onay e-postası ile e-posta yoluyla (kalıcı veri saklayıcı) iletilir. Aynı zamanda her iki doküman da etilercicekcisi.com permanently accessible at this address.

10. Onay

Alıcı, checkout sayfasında "Ön Bilgilendirme Formu'nu okudum, anladım" kutusunu işaretleyerek bu formdaki tüm bilgileri okuduğunu ve anladığını beyan eder. Bu onay olmaksızın satıcı, alıcı ile mesafeli satış sözleşmesi akdedemez.

Son güncelleme: 2026 · Form metni mevzuat değişikliklerine paralel olarak güncellenebilir; geçerli sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır. Müşteri onay metadata'sı (timestamp, IP, user agent) audit amacıyla saklanmaktadır.
