Order Cancellation

• Before production (status: pending): full refund.
• In preparation (status: preparing): 50% refund (materials included).
• Order shipped: cancellation not possible.

Return Conditions

Flowers are perishable; standard returns are not accepted after delivery. In the following cases Within 24 hours we offer free exchange/return if notified:

• Wrong product sent
• Damaged / wilted delivery
• Missing accessory / gift
