This text defines the terms of use for Last Summer Florist (etilercicekcisi.com) services.

1. Hizmetler

We offer flower and gift delivery to all districts of Istanbul, subscription plans, and corporate services through our boutique florist in Beşiktaş Etiler.

2. Order & Delivery

• Order time for same-day delivery: between 18:00 - 21:00 depending on area.
• Delivery time: 45-240 min depending on district.
• Open every day including Sunday (except special holidays).

3. Payment

Payments are processed via Garanti BBVA 3D Secure infrastructure. Your card details are not stored on our site.

4. Return & Cancellation

Flowers are perishable; returns are not accepted after delivery. In case of wrong/incomplete product, free exchange or refund is provided upon notification within 24 hours. Details: Return & Cancellation Policy

5. User Content (Video, Message)

Uploaded during your order videos and messages are automatically deleted after 7 days. Storage is the user's responsibility. If you grant UGC sharing permission, the video will be stored permanently and can be used on social media.

6. Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or with one click in the notification email.

7. Sorumluluk

Last Summer Florist takes reasonable care regarding force majeure, natural disasters, and courier-related delays.
