Yes, we're open 24/7, 365 days a year, including Sundays. Night, weekend, or holiday—it makes no difference. You can choose your preferred delivery mode (express/scheduled/time-slot) at the time of order.
We accept all credit and debit cards via Garanti BBVA Virtual POS (3D Secure safe payment), as well as account balance payment and mixed payment options for registered customers.
No, we have no minimum order requirement. There are no additional costs beyond the product and delivery fees.
We take orders 24/7—there's no time limit. Express courier delivers to central districts in an average of 30-45 minutes. You can also choose scheduled or 4-hour time-slot delivery.
When you select your district in the Quick Order section on the homepage, standard and express courier fees are displayed instantly. You can also select the district on the product page.
Yes, you can add a written note and an optional video message of up to 2 minutes with every order. The recipient scans the QR code that comes with the flowers to view the message.
Full refund before production begins, 50% refund during preparation. Since flowers are perishable, standard returns are not accepted after delivery; however, incorrect or damaged deliveries reported within 24 hours will be replaced free of charge.
